Is this masterclass online or in-person?
This masterclass is delivered live online via a platform that allows for group interaction, pair work, and the hot seat coaching section. The link and platform details are sent in your confirmation email. A recording is available for 7 days post-session.
I am a corporate leader, not a founder. Is this right for me?
Yes. The Authority Conversion Framework applies equally to founders and corporate leaders. Your outcome goal, authority territory, and narrative strategy serve the same function whether you are building a business or building a leadership reputation within an organisation. All exercises are calibrated to work for both contexts.
I already have a personal brand, is this still useful?
Often more so. Most people who already have a personal brand find that this session reveals exactly where their visibility is stalling — the gap between being seen and being selected. The Executive Authority Architecture frequently produces the clearest strategic thinking participants have had about converting their authority, even those who have been visibly building a brand for years.
